The elections for the Board of Trustees of the C&A Group Pension Fund will take place on 18 September 2023. Three employee representatives are to be elected for the period 2024-2027 from two constituencies:

Any further election proposals from among the active members of the pension fund must be submitted to Snjezana Krizanac, HR, C&A Mode AG, by 28 August 2023 at the latest.
The members of the Board of Trustees are elected by secret ballot. The candidates with the most valid votes in each constituency are elected. If only two persons are nominated in the constituency of C&A Mode AG or only one person is nominated in the constituency of affiliated companies, the candidates concerned shall be deemed to have been elected by silent ballot.
