Mr. Robert Fischer will leave the company as of August 31, 2022 and will at the same time resign from the Board of Trustees of the Pension Found of the C&A Group. We would like to thank Mr. Robert Fischer for his valuable support in the pension fund and wish him all the best for the future.
Ms. Maude-Emmanuelle Botteron was elected to the Board of Trustees as an employee representative on September 1, 2022 for a term of office until 2023. She replaces Robert Fischer, and she is authorized to sign collectively by two.
