In 2023, the C&A Pension Fund made all of its equity investments via collective investment vehicles of Credit Suisse Funds AG and did not hold any shares directly. The collective investment vehicles selected by the C&A Group Pension Fund delegate the voting and option rights of the shares they hold to the management of the respective investment vehicle.
